Cost | £10 for organisations providing at least 80% of their services to Enfield residents. Others - see booking form.
The training will assume you have little knowledge of accounting and budgeting and will cover techniques required for effective budgeting and costing for your organisation - budget techniques, cash flow techniques, variance analysis, costing methods, reporting and monitoring, and full cost recovery.
Who should attend?
Staff, volunteers and treasurers who are not financial specialists but need to be able to understand and deal with the financial aspects of running an organisation.
How to book
Please book using the form below. We will confirm receipt of your booking by email and nearer the time you will be invited by email with the Teams meeting link and housekeeping notes. Please ensure you give an email address which is checked regularly.
We are very conscious of all participants’ safety during online meetings.
You must not share the invite details or links with anyone else, including other people in your organisation. If someone else in your organisation wants to attend in your place they must submit a new booking form. You must let us know if you are unable to attend.
