Enfield Voluntary Action is known as EVA. We help people & groups access knowledge, skills & resources to make a difference in our Borough.
The Project Development and Funding Advice Manager provides practical help, information, advice and support to individual voluntary and community organisations by phone and email, in person by appointment, at EVA's offices or at your organisation's premises.
Please contact us if you have an enquiry about setting up a new voluntary, community or charitable organisation / project; developing your organisation; fundraising; anything to do with the good management of your organisation; to arrange a meeting; or to find out more about training courses and workshops.
The Project Development and Funding Advice Manager is always busy with training, appointments etc. You may have to wait a few days before you get a response.
Please be patient. Kishore will respond to your enquiry as soon as he can.
The Development and Funding Advice Service may be able to provide training tailored for your organisation, or a group of organisations with specific needs.

Voluntary and community organisations are generally governed by volunteers on the Trustee Board or Management Committee or Board of Directors that takes overall responsibility for its work.
Staff may be employed to carry out the day-to-day running of the organisation - fundraising, providing activities, writing policies, managing finances etc.
Delivering excellent services to local residents in a purposeful, sustainable way is more likely to happen when your organisation is well run.
