1. Development and Funding Advice: 160 places over 4 years
The general service can be accessed by any vcs groups in the London Borough of Enfield. EVA offers training courses, workshops, information bulletins, and advice sessions for development. This programme is overseen by two licensed PQASSO quality mark assessors (EVA's Community Accountant and the Development and Funding Advice Manager). Those accessing the service will be able to equate areas of weakness with training and development topics.
2. ‘Informative’ Workshops: 120 places over 4 years
Aimed at vcs groupswith little or no contact with infrastructure organisations;at an early development stage, lacking the capacity to take on commissioning
or quality standards;with current, but no future funding, and needing assistance with sustainable
planning;with a high staff, trustee or volunteer turnover;with current funding, but lacking effective systems to deliver contracts.
3. Quality and Commissioning: 40 places over 4 years
Aimed at vcs groupsat an early development stage with a need to measure success;with current funding, but no future funding secured;with a high staff, trustee or volunteer turnover;with funding, but needing to identify appropriate management systems;unsure which quality standard to apply.
4. Promoting and Supporting Partnerships: 40 places over 4 years
Opportunities to network and build partnerships based around services to targeted groups - for example, disabled people, refugees and asylum seekers.Support to existing partnerships to develop standards relevant to the
commissioning process.
