EVAeNEWS is emailed monthly, except in August, and occasional training updates or other bulletins are sent, if appropriate. There is no deadline for submitting information for inclusion, just send your information as soon as it is available. Emailed information will be given priority for inclusion, but flyers, posters etc will not be forwarded. As a matter of good practice - EVA does not forward single emails to our subscribers. EVAeNEWS is sent once a month (occasionally more frequently), and includes appropriate information which has been sifted and targeted, then laid out in a pre-determined format.

EVA has a set of guidelines for contributors, and a pricing policy, for its paper-based mailouts.
New guidelines for email distribution have not yet been written.
However, reading the guidelines attached will explain some of the principles by which we select information for distribution.
