Administrative Assistant | Part time 21 hours per week

 

An opportunity for an Administrative Assistant working 21 hours a week (flexible hours).

 

Enfield Voluntary Action supports positive local social action and works with a wide range of organisations making a difference in Enfield.

 

We need an experienced administrator to establish a comprehensive database of local activities in Enfield and to provide administrative assistance for our busy team. Your role will include making arrangements for community events and engaging with local community groups to update our records.

 

You must be highly organised with excellent written and verbal skills and confident with Microsoft Office. You will need a high level of accuracy with information to input on databases, and good communication skills for corresponding with a range of agencies.

 

Salary | £22,377 (21 hours pro rata)
