Enfield Voluntary Action is known as EVA. We help people & groups access knowledge, skills & resources to make a difference in our Borough.
The voluntary & community sector includes organisations supporting residents with diverse needs including social care, health, arts, sports, youth work, older people, environmental, housing and homelessness, tenants and residents associations, people with disabilities, people with learning disabilities, people with mental health problems, addiction, volunteering opportunities, employment, social exclusion, equalities issues, and much more.
EVA provides opportunities for people in community organisations to enhance their skills through training, advice, and network events.
Networks are for groups with interests in common. Networks
enable local community organisations to gain knowledge and learn from one another;
provide information on the policy context in which we work;
facilitate partnership working;
promote opportunities to apply for funding;
provide opportunities for participation and influence over local decision making;
provide relevant training and events to support the development of good practice and sustainability;
promote volunteering in the London Borough of Enfield.
EVA currently hosts the following networks. Click on the Network title for more information on participation and groups who have sent participants on accredited training.
