EVA is fully involved in networks which provide genuine opportunities * for effective participation and influence over local decision making, and * for partnership working, by local voluntary and community organisations.

Voluntary and Community Sector Networks exist to help

organisations to gain knowledge and to learn from one another;provide an effective voice for organisations working directly with local communities;bring about wide participation in local decision making;ensure that the sector's voice is heard when decisions are taken which affect local communities; andpromote and support joint working between the voluntary and statutory sector
