Description | Full day training

Trustee Boards / Management Committees have responsibilities which require that each person understands their roles and duties to the organisation.


The training will cover

  • specific roles and responsibilities of members of Trustee Boards / Management Committees (eg Chair, Treasurer),

  • legal, managerial and financial requirements,

  • constitutional and legal structures,

  • a chance to reflect on your organisation's governance practice.


Who should attend?

Trustees or Management Committee members who are new to the role or who want to improve an organisation's governance. New staff and volunteers may also benefit from understanding the role of trustees in an organisation.
